If any transaction has been performed after the deposit, including sending messages or using any paid feature, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued as account credits added back to the user’s balance.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:

- Account balance deposits
- Unused account credits
- User configuration errors
- Incorrect phone numbers entered by the user

Refund Processing
